This page presents the rules for international delivery of flowers and gifts through the flower-shop.by online store. Before placing an order, we recommend that you carefully read the delivery terms, timelines, possible restrictions, and the responsibilities of the parties involved.
1. Product Range Specifics:
International orders are delivered exclusively with floral products. Items from the "Soft Toys", "Greeting Cards", "Chocolate and Sweets", "Balloons", "Gift Baskets", and "Wicker Baskets" sections may vary in shape, appearance, and size depending on the delivery country. Products from the "Oriental Souvenirs" and "Tea and Coffee" sections are delivered only within the territory of the Republic of Belarus.
2. Ordering Timelines and Reporting
- For delivery on regular days, the order must be placed and paid for no later than 3–5 days before the intended delivery date.
- For deliveries during peak demand periods (February 13–15, March 7–9), ordering and payment must be completed no later than 10 days before the delivery date.
- A delivery report will be sent to your specified email address within 2–3 business days.
3. Floristry Specifics and Traditions
- Our partners reserve the right to substitute bouquet components and related products if certain flowers or items are unavailable in a specific country or are out of season, as well as to change the shape and design of the arrangement in accordance with local traditions.
- In international bouquets, an even number of flowers is usually delivered, as in many countries an odd number is associated with mourning.
- A photo of the delivery moment is provided only for orders delivered within the Republic of Belarus, the Russian Federation, Ukraine, Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Moldova, Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia.
4. Claims, Cancellations, and Liability
- All complaints regarding order fulfillment must be submitted within 3 (three) calendar days from the date of delivery to the recipient (the 1st day is considered the day of actual delivery).
- Order cancellation is accepted no later than 72 hours (3 calendar days) before the delivery date. Otherwise, the payment is non-refundable. Cancellation on the day of delivery is not possible.
- Delivery of floral products outside the Republic of Belarus is carried out during the day between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM local time in the destination country. The delivery time selected during checkout is advisory and is passed to the local florist as the sender's preference.
- The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the recipient's data (Full Name, postal code, address, contact phone). In case of incorrect data, the Customer bears 100% financial responsibility for the order.
- Sunday deliveries are carried out only within the Republic of Belarus. In other countries, Sunday delivery is possible only after prior arrangement with the Teleflora regional agent and the florist in the destination country.
