How to Place an Order: 4 Simple Steps
1. Product Selection. Choose the bouquet or gift you like and click the "Add to Cart" button. You can continue shopping or proceed to checkout by clicking the cart icon in the top right corner of the screen.
2. Recipient Details. Provide your email and the exact delivery address. Important: be sure to include a correct phone number for the recipient so the courier can coordinate the delivery time (for orders within Belarus).
3. Delivery Method. Select the appropriate region:
- Minsk and suburbs;
- Cities and towns across Belarus;
- International delivery (Teleflora).
4. Payment. Choose a convenient payment method (online card, ERIP, or cash) and confirm the order. After this, an order number will be assigned to you, and a confirmation will be sent to your email.
Payment Methods
We support all modern and secure payment methods:
- Bank Cards: Visa, MasterCard, BELKART (via BePaid / Assist / WebPay systems).
- ERIP: payment via online banking or info-kiosks.
- Cash: upon courier delivery in Minsk.

Free Greeting Card: We include a branded greeting card as a gift with every bouquet. You can add it in the cart (by checking the box) or simply provide your message during the data entry stage. We will carefully hand-write your words on the card and deliver it along with the flowers.
Order Tracking: After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation with an order number. You can always check its current status in your personal account. We will also automatically notify you of every status change via email.
Confirmation and Substitutions: Before delivery, an administrator may contact you to clarify details. If the selected flower variety is unavailable (out of season), we will offer a suitable substitution while maintaining the style and value of the bouquet.
Cancellations and Changes: If you need to change the address, time, or composition of the order, or to cancel it, please notify us as soon as possible:

Confidentiality: The recipient will only know the sender's name if you include it in the text of the greeting card. In all other cases, delivery remains anonymous.
