Prior to the actual delivery, the store administrator will contact you by phone to coordinate order details and confirm stock availability. In the event of a product being out of stock, an alternative replacement will be offered, along with all necessary information regarding available inventory.

In accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Belarus, payments for goods sold are processed in Belarusian Rubles (BYN).

The sale of alcohol and tobacco products through the online store is prohibited by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.

Upon purchasing a product in our online store, you will be issued a document confirming the purchase: a cash receipt from "IE Ostapenko V.V."

The document confirming the purchase of goods in an online store can be a cash receipt or a sales receipt (invoice, certificate, etc.) in arbitrary form, containing the following mandatory details:

1. Name of the organization, registered location (for IE — Full Name, place of residence, state registration details, and the issuing authority), operating hours, Tax ID (UNP), and the name of the online store (if applicable);

2. Product (work, service) information: name of the product and its description indicating quantity, type, model, variety, article number, etc. (if available); for works or services — names of materials, spare parts, components, etc., and their quantity; information about the manufacturer, importer (if available), presence or absence of defects, and product completeness; cost, including price per unit of weight, measure, or volume; payment terms and settlement procedures; warranty period (if established), information on warranty (service) maintenance (address, phone number of the manufacturer or service center, etc.); date of purchase (or term of work/service performance) and delivery time;

3. Signature of the manager (authorized official) of the organization (or IE) and a seal.
